We have been presented with an exciting opportunity to have an extremely informative presentation on the latest developments in Fraud prosecutions from the Chief Assistant State Attorney and the Assistant State Attorney in the newly formed Miami-Dade County Workers Compensation Fraud Division. This portion of the program will include a discussion of the current emphasis on employer, carrier and adjuster fraud. Because this topic is so compelling and germane to the current Claimant’s attorney’s practice, the FWA Educational Committee decided to revise the annual conference program to ensure this information be included this year.
